Painting someone's beloved pet is not easy. The owners are familiar with every facial expression, each marking, and all the color variations. And they want those translated onto canvas with paint. Fortunately, I was familiar with Zoey and worked with the owner to paint Zoey on a 3x3 inch square panel affixed to a magnet. Now, each time the owner goes to her refrigerator, Zoey is there to greet her.
